Security of Data

Refunds

If you made your purchase on our website:

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your purchase and request a full refund within 14 days of the transaction date, provided that the service has not yet begun. Please carefully review the following conditions related to service initiation and cancellation rights:

1. Service Commencement: By proceeding with your purchase, you acknowledge and consent that our service begins once we initiate any action to secure practical test appointments on your behalf. This includes, but is not limited to, conducting availability searches based on your submitted preferences. For most purchases, this process starts within a short period after your payment is confirmed.

2. Non-Cancellable Services: Once the service has commenced (as defined above), cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations no longer apply. By agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge that our search and booking services are uniquely tailored to your specific requirements and preferences. Therefore, refunds will not be provided once the service has commenced.

3. Cancellation Requests: If you wish to exercise your right to cancel within 14 days and before service commencement, please submit a formal cancellation request via our Customer Service portal. Your request will be processed within 5 working days, and a full refund will be issued if the service has not yet begun.

4. Discretionary Refunds: In cases where exceptional circumstances are demonstrated, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a partial refund or a credit toward future services, even if the service has commenced. Please note that any such discretionary refund is entirely at our discretion and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

By making a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions, which include our rights and limitations concerning refunds and cancellations.

All transactions and refunds are managed directly by Apple. Refunds are generally not assured. Due to Apple's terms, we are unable to intervene to secure a refund.

Any liability for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage incurred by any user in connection with our app or in connection with the use, inability to use, or results of the use of our mobile application, any websites linked to it and any materials posted on it, including, without limitation any liability for loss of income or revenue; loss of business; loss of profits or contracts; loss of anticipated savings; loss of data; and loss of goodwill for any other loss or damage of any kind, however arising and whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract or otherwise, even if foreseeable, provided that this condition shall not prevent claims for loss of or damage to your tangible property or any other claims for direct financial loss that are not excluded by any of the categories set out above.
